Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for an exchange or credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You may return most new 3rd party products, unopened items within 45 days of delivery for exchange or full credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your credit within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes HiOssen to credit your account (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, you may processed in the return menu, or Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
All order must be received by 3pm EST to be processed the same day any orders after 3pm EST will be processed the next business day.
We only ship within the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be ship within USA.
